Our Seconds dresses are some of our gorgeous Maude dresses that haven't passed our quality checks. They could have small stains on the straps or a bleed in the block print. When purchasing a Maude Seconds dress expect imperfections and when packing your order we are happy to send images to you.
Hand made and block-printed on 100% Organic cotton with pockets, 6 fabric covered buttons for front opening plus side zip, attached belt that can be belted at the front and back of the dress.
*Please note the Maude Dress ( in the yellow field of flowers ) Leah is wearing is how the dress will come with button front opening.

Block Print

Our Block Print collection are all made from 100% Organic Cotton.
Made by skilled artisans which pass down this craft from generation to generation, we have used a form of Bagru printing which is a type of hand block printing which uses vegetables, mud and sand etc to create natural pigments which are kinder to the environment.
Many of the dyes require months of curing for the desired colour to develop.
Weather ,water quality ,changes in the crop and also the amount of sunlight all affect the outcome of the colour.
Due to the nature of the block there may be slight imperfections in the fabric.
We see these impressions as the story of the block and hand and celebrate it at Pink Lemons.

Best care washing advice:
Hand/delicate machine wash in cold water inside out using mild detergent.
Wash with similar colours. Your clothes will get softer with every wash.
