PAYMENTS
We accept payment from Debit and Credit Cards.
Card transactions are handled through Shopify. An email confirming your order will be sent once we have received payment.
Please note we currently do not accept American Express.
EASY RETURNS
We hope that you will love your new purchases(s), however in the case that you wish to return items please see the following policy guidelines.
You have 14 days to return the goods to us. They must be returned in the original condition you received your goods in. Please note that items must be returned in a re-saleable condition i.e. unworn with all labels intact. We will not be able to accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed or tags removed.
We are happy to refund or exchange any item. Please complete the returns form included in your package and send to:

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or in the form of a credit note. Please note refunds take 5-10 working days to process.
Postage and Packaging are non-refundable and must be returned at your expense.
In the unlikely event you are sent the incorrect item please contact us within 14 days and we will do all we can to rectify this situation.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
Postage Rates:
- First Class Tracked: £4.95
- Second Class Tracked 48: £3.95
- Special Delivery: £10
- European Shipping: £15
- Worldwide Shipping: £25
Delivery times for standard delivery are currently 3-5 working days. Please note whilst we endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, during busier times and in the run up to Christmas there may be unavoidable delays. If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days, please contact us via email.
Whilst you can select next day delivery with Royal Mail, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order the next day due to fact that we are a small, independent business. Please take this into consideration and allow 2-3 working days for your order to be fulfilled.
Any orders made after 4pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday weekend will be processed on the Tuesday following the Bank Holiday Monday.
In the case of some homeware items which are particularly heavy/large we will need to use a courier service. This will incur a charge of £9.95. If this is the case this will be clearly stated on the item’s product description.
SHIPPING
We ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We make sure to follow all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, and strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.
Please note that for international shipping, if your parcel requires Local VAT and/or Duty charges to be paid, the recipient will need to pay these charges before the parcel is delivered.

UK Standard delivery - order before Midnight Sunday 17th December
1st Class - order before midnight Tuesday 19th December.
Special Delivery - order before midnight Wednesday 20th December.

To process an order you will also need to provide your payment card details.
The information you provide us with is used to receive and process your order, provide service and notify you of any changes.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we rent, sell or share details or information with any third parties.
