Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal Policy
Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. You may do so by using our online withdrawal form, by email, or by post using the contact details below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
· Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
· Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
· Any other goods exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
